Bank shop associate

I did a bank shop today. The first associate (who greeted me within 20 seconds) was new on the job and had an experienced banker do all the interviewing and discussing. Who should I say I interacted with? Also, after I sat at the desk it took several minutes for the second associate to appear. Should I mention that in the report?

If this is similar to the bank shops I do, there's a spot to list with whom you interacted. I'd just list both, and describe both in the applicable question. I also would mention in the narrative portion how long you had to wait to be attended to by the second person. I think that's part of the story they want you to tell. Just state it factually, e.g., "After X minutes, Associate #2 blah, blah, blah." If you think the wait was exceptionally long, I'd note why, if you know. "Associate No. 2 was with another customer, and it was X minutes before he/she etc."

If the inexperienced banker sat with you and made small talk until the experienced banker arrived, I would mention the behavior. If they simply treated you as a greeter and put you in an office to wait for the experienced banker I probably would simply say '[name] greeted me and had me wait in an office until [banker] greeted me to handle my inquiry.'
