Does anyone have a CMD-BU13LX HD camera? If so, can you please PM me? Having technical difficulties that I think might be operator error... smiling smiley thanks in advance.

Try downloading VLC Media Player. I'm almost willing to bet that you're not getting any audio. With the HD camera, there are some particular settings on the playback programs that can cause problems.

Nope, I was getting a No Signal error when I tried to record. I ended up sending the unit back to the seller (it was brand new) and they are not having any luck with it either, so not operator error after all. smiling smiley
