KSS International

I had done two shops last week and had been in the process of doing another shop and have another one due tomorrow and they all disappeared of of my assigned job board. I only lost $20 in gas costs for the shops, but I am wondering what happened. Is this company on the up and up? Help!!

I have not had any trouble with Kern Scheduling. Suggest you contact them to find out what happened.

Shopping Bama and parts of Georgia.
I'm still learning 24/7.
Absolutely, contact them. There could be a glitch in their system. Regarding Kern in general, I've sensed that some of the schedulers are better and more communicative than others. I had this confirmed by a MSC who uses them when I had a question about a shop. They encouraged me to get in touch with Lorri if I continued to have an issue, saying that she really wants to know if there are ongoing problems.
Standardly they send you an email confirming the job. Check through your email for it because your best bet will be contacting the scheduler who assigned the work. Because Kern only schedules for other companies, your jobs may be posted on the board of that company rather than on Kern's site.
