Does anyone use an I-Pad for shops/audits?

I was wondering if anyone used an IPad to take pictures for shops or submit results? If so, what is your opinion.

For those who do use iPads to report, how do you backup your submitted report, file emails, receipts, etc.?

I always found tablets, in general, to be crippling in storing documentation the way I want. Things are becoming easier, as many tablets are coming equipped with full Windows 8/10 these days.

I use my iPad at all costs. I use Evernote to sync the report form and guidelines from my desktop to my tablet in their original form. I then fill in the form, whether is a true mystery shop, an audit or business verification. It works on or off line. I do print the signature and LOA pages. I fill out the form, then email myself a copy , or use the 'do you want a pdf" instead on some Sassy forms when I actually submit on line.
If the form is in a PDF form, I use Foxit PDF to be able to write on the form. Again then email my self a copy. If the guidelines are in PDF form, I open the PDF (on my tablet) while I'm at home and on WiFi, and take a screen shot of the page. That way I can see the guidelines when I'm in the field and without WiFi.
I use it for pictures as well. It takes great pictures. When I get home I upload the pictures from the tablet to Dropbox, and then extract them from Dropbox on the desk top.
I don't use my iPad for pictures, just my phone. Since they sync it's all good. A couple of years ago when needing to update Office I chose Office 365 which is a subscription, but included OneDrive which is installed on all my devices and plays well with IOS. I can create a folder on any device and move files into it from another. Everything is stored on both my computer and the cloud.

I'm going to be getting a tablet later this year for shopping. I will likely still use my DSLR for photography. Having grown up with regular cameras, I find that I can't hold my phone steady enough to take a picture, especially when it comes to close-ups of receipts, etc.

I use my iPad for all of my audits for photos, my phone for shops I can submit on site (such as iSecret Shop) or when using field agent. I can directly connect my iPad to my computer and grab photos for reporting. I find it to be efficient, takes great pics especially when I need to photograph large spaces, and best of all, doubles as a writing surface.
