You know the old saying....If it sounds too good to be true......

Yes, that's a scam. Usually the scammers will also use a legitimate company's name to make it more believable.

Thank you. From the start that looks suspicious to me because his mail was armstrong.r*******@outlook.com I guess serious mystery shoppers companies will use they own company mail. Plus, who will need mystery shopper in my country smiling smiley After all, maybe this will be usefull for your forum so members be warned of this scammer.
Definitely a scam, be sure you don't reply to the e-mail.

And thanks for taking the time to post.
I heard you have to be careful of Freelancer. I started to bid for jobs on there, but heard so many stories of contractors not being paid after hundreds of hours of work, and it scared me away. Have you have good experience with Freelancer?
I'm a member since 2006 and after all this years, only 3 employers didn't pay me. I finished a lot of projects for clients that i made first contact on freelancer and after that they contacting me on my private mail and we finished everything on private basis. I'm satisfied with freelancer.
Tell the scammer to send you $300 via Western Union. Tell him you won't work payments out any other way. That should make him disappear . smiling smiley
