Grocery Store Shops

Does anyone know if grocery shops are done in the suburbs?

The ones on my board are in the nearest metro city and I don't shop there.

Well, if the groceries stores in the Metro city aren't good enough for you, what makes you think the Suburbs wants you shopping there?smiling smiley We all have to start somewhere. I think if you dollars are green and have a dead president on it, it might accepted anywhere.confused smiley
sojo that's harsh. There;s a whole thread about some shoppers being too afraid to shop in the hood.
sojo, I don't understand what you said.

I don't go to the city outside of special occasions or events. I don't do any grocery shopping in the city because I don't have to. I live in the suburbs, so that's where I shop.

Ignore that response. I live in the country. Driving to any major city is an easy 40 miles one way. Driving to a decently priced grocery store is over 20 miles one way.

You asked a valid question. Due to the limitations of the contract agreements; all I can tell you is sign up with more companies. If I was allowed to help you, I would.

I think it depends on the area where you live. In my area there are grocery store shops listed in the metro areas and the suburbs. Maybe if you widen your search paremeters you can find ones in your surrounding suberbs and bypass the city ones, unless your concerns are mileage related.
HonnyBrown, if a grocery chain is shopped, almost surely all its locations will be shopped, whether in the burbs, hood, or uptown.
Market Force, ICCDS (North Fork), Strategic, and Trendsource all have grocery shops in my area.

It depends on where you live. In my area the major grocery stores are local chains and not shopped.

HonnyBrown yes grocery stores are shopped in the suburbs. I live in the suburbs of Greater Cleveland and conduct many generously reimbursed grocery shops here. Follow up on those MS companies suggested by MDavisnowell, it is a good list. Your prospects will improve as you register with more MS companies too. Good luck.

Alta 360 is a potentially excellent one if you live in a certain part of the country. Wish I could do them. But as an ex-employee of the place I cant.
In my area, both Trendsource and JMRidgway have grocery shops in suburbs and small towns. Even tiny little towns with only a grocery store, a bar, and a church get shopped if it's a franchise grocery store.

Everyone (almost) thank you for the input!

I work with Trend Source a lot and they have the grocery stores in the city, but none by where I live. I'll look at JMRidgeway.

LOL! Thank you!

Is that scary or what?

I got one for the first time this year. I'm glad I did.

The fact that you do not chooose to shop in the Metro city has no bearing on what special events you attend there. The Metro city will tend to have more shops to be done. It is not harsh to inform someone of not shopping. The Metro city is also not the "hood" as someone puts it. The OP did not state she was afraid. For the Surburbs can easily be the racist part of a town.

And You do not have to thank me ("EVERYONE (almost)"winking smileysmiling smiley because I reap the benefits of shopping where you refuse to go. I live where the shopping money trail is.
Where did you get "racist" from any post in this thread. I hope you know, that points to your ignorance and insecurity.
