I will be doing my first car dealer audit today and one for each day of the week. I remember some posts about these audits and how tedious they are. The guidelines are never-ending but the questionnaire is actually quite short and straight forward compared to some other shops I've done (specifically a senior living facility which took me two days to complete with the ton of narrative). My understanding is the car dealer audit cares more about pictures than narratives. In any case, I know there are a number of you who are experienced at this. If you have any advice you'd like to share I would be glad to hear it. TIA!
