More About Hotel Mystery Shopping

I have heard about these from a couple o folks who have done them. Before they got those opportunities they had done hundreds of high end fine dining and hotel shops for two of the very pickiest MSCs in the hospitaility business. And, both of these shoppers had experience in the hotel industry.

Based in MD, near DC
Shopping from the Carolinas to New York
Have video cam; will travel

Poor customer service? Don't get mad; get video.

Also, I have read where there are hundreds of pages of narrative to write about the experience (basically you are writing a book). Not exactly a vacation in my opinion.

Shopping across Indiana but mostly around Indianapolis.
