If you have to keep calling the same restaurant and asking questions, what would you ask?

I don't need an app to mask my phone number; I just use *67. What I need is an app to change my voice. I searched for such an app and could only find apps that change my voice and record it for playback. What I really need is an app that will change my voice during a live phone call. I need this for other restaurant shops. Having to vary what I write in the long required narratives keeps me from doing too many of the Mexican restaurant shops in question.

I'm a millennial and I have absolutely zero clue what that has to do with the Command and Conquer series of video games or the C&C Music Factory.

@ JASFLAMT I know they don't serve breakfast and for the most part, I haven't seen any coupons. I didn't know the answers to either of these questions before I started to shop them. Do you think it's too much of an obvious question? It felt natural for me to ask when I did. I guess it's more like are you open early during breakfast hours. Just a slight variation on just asking what time do you open. Most questions can be answered with a visit to the web site anyhow. So I feel more awkward asking any question I know I can find for myself. It seems like the reports are more about the phone call itself (answered in a certain amount of rings, identify name and location, spoke clearly/easy to understand, upbeat demeanor, how the call was closed, etc.) I think I saw in a post that you used to edit for them?

They have coupons, but the employees have to give one to you in person.

Since you are all shoppers for this client I wanted some input as how to copy my reports to my desktop. Yesterday I opened an old report I did in the new system so that I could refer to it while I wrote up my current report. I tried several different ways to copy the report and save it to my desktop but each time is saved just the first page with the client icon on it and none of my report I was writing or had written in the past. Is there some trick to this? In the past I have somehow been able to look at an old report and the new one together but I cannot figure out how I did it.
I called up Chipotle and asked them, "Have you had any E. Coli reportings in our state yet?" tongue sticking out smiley

They answered the phone in that monotone double pace. My question took a second to sink in and then they really took it personally and gave me a huge denial. As this was all over the news at the time, it seems like a reasonable question a customer might ask. I didn't think I'd get the person so upset though. Not a recommended question at this point.

Oh sandyf, I don't know...I have been shopping them for many years and was an editor for awhile for the MSC, but I have always written fresh from scratch without reference to old reports.
It's impossible that the company would relate to asking something about disease outbreaks or food handling.

You must not watch the news very often. In this case, it was a very relevant question....

Sandyf, did you not download the BlankShopperFormXxxxxxWithNotes.pdf file from their website? I used that to make a blank template Word.doc containing only the questions, numbered in the order as on the actual form. For each new shop I first type all my answers below the questions. Then I type the overall narratives at the end. Now I have a completed survey on my computer that I save with a title of name, date, location of the shop, and I just copy my answers from it to the website form. In other words, I do the shop first on my computer, save it, and copy and paste it to the website. When I do the next shop, I open up my blank template page that has only the survey questions on it, and I fill it out, save it with the new name.

They are referring to the fact that a company would not permit its employees to comment on a situation that surely will involve lawsuits at some point down the road. Therefore, they will have no choice but to simply deny/avoid answering the question.

I didn't get the reference either.

I didn't get it either but after some google searches figured out it is a reference to Cheech and Chong and one of their bits.
Ah. Makes sense I wouldn't get it then. I always found them to be whatever the most opposite of funny is.

I'm sure they could phrase it to avoid stepping on legal toes. Maybe they want you to go and ask "How do you store your meats before cooking them?" or "What precautions do you take to avoid contaminating your ingredients?" instead of "Will I get salmonella from your food?"

And I am amazed that a millenial knows who the C&C Music Factory is! smiling smiley
Wow I'm impressed by the creativity of everyone to come up with good questions. I should make a list for when I need it, because I always ask about gluten free because of lack of imagination...

Now, you could get creepy in your questions but might get a chuckle from the MSC... "Is the pretty blonde who works on Monday afternoons single?" or more in line with current news "Can I get an order for the Oregon occupation people?" grinning smiley
