Marketforce canceled account

Hi, Marketforce just sent me an email cancelling my Independent contractor's agreement. When I called them and asked them why, they said that they couldn't tell me as that would reveal some confidential information???

Has anyone else experienced this? I really don't understand this? I've been a shopper with them to a while long and never had any problems or issues. I find this so bizzare!

They do that ALL the time,to good shoppers even! Send them a note asking why and you are bewildered as to why.
I have never gotten the 'notice' but I understand that it has to do with some proprietary mathematical calculation they do based on a shopper's reports. They have some notion that certain flagging circumstances will show a shopper to be providing unreliable information, so they bounce them and won't reveal why. Good luck with getting it straightened out because you are fighting smoke with a teaspoon while blindfolded.
Odd. I've found the main groups in Marketforce (are there four now?) to be reasonable and helpful. I understand that Certified sometimes becomes very unreasonable, but Shop 'n Chek has always been very fair with me. (They only goofed up twice: once with requirements to time to the millisecond, and once to challenge me as having rounded my times. Of all the nerve!!)

Anyway, if you are just getting started in MSing and want to do it, e-mail them with the facts and ask how you can do better. If you are experienced ... what can I say? Convictions of the innocent happen all the time. It's called life.
