Actually, I find that mystery shopping isn't necessary. If you wait until midnight, go into a dark room alone, look into a mirror and say "cheeburger cheeburger" three times in a row, the Hamburglar from the McDonald's commercials will appear, and pull you through the mirror into a nebulous otherworld of cheebury-urgerness.

Hi, Caroline, welcome to the forum. I have not seen it shopped, although I might have missed it as there is not one close to me. However, if it is shopped, no one will be able to tell you the company name. When we register with companies, we sign independent contractor agreements (ICA). Most ICAs contain a confidentiality agreement in which the independent contractor agrees not to reveal the company's clients or any other proprietary information gained while working with them. This means we cannot reveal the names of their clients on an internet forum, in a PM, an e-mail, or any other forum of communication. It also violates our forum's guidelines.

Holy @#$%&, there's actually a real restaurant with that stupid name? I was 100% sure this was a troll making up a dumb question.

I can say it is shopped. Locations have posted recently. I don't know how quickly their basic shops get snapped up.

I signup with the company to do the shop, but they haven't sent a reminder. I don't remember the name of the company, and it's close to the date I scheduled myself to do shop.
How many companies are you registered with? Have you tried searching your emails for either the job posting or the confirmation? In Yahoo I could put in Cheeburger Cheeburger and it would find all emails with those words. Otherwise you are stuck signing into each company.

I thought it was fake too... there's really a chain named this? Like the old SNL skit? "Cheeburger, cheeburger.... Pepsi!"

I understand the privacy, and won't ask anymore. Hopefully, the scheduler will contact me. Thanks for all the help.
You mean you've searched your emails and logged into all your companies?

I searched my email, I only remembered they used prophet 4 as the software. I have tried logging in to all sites, but still unable to locate. I will hope the scheduler will contact me. I only work for a few companies, and this was a new one.
Try using the search function in your email program (hopefully it has one as good as the one in Gmail) and search for the City instead of the name of the company. If you can't remember the City, search for just the State. You will get a lot more hits, but hopefully the one you need will be in there somewhere. Cheeburger is also one of the places that the menu photographing place haunts. Was it a menu audit, or a go-in-order-food shop?

Good luck. Hopefully they will send you a reminder.

Can't you search your email for recent prophet sign ups? I know when I sign up for a prophet site I get an email almost immediately.

There is a Cheeburger Cheeburger in Las Vegas. The food is expensive! I ordered the smallest burger, smallest fry and smallest shake and it was $16.00! If you do find any of these, make sure the reimbursement is at least $15-16 bucks. smiling smiley
I've had two or three visits. The only time I was out of pocket, it was a couple of bucks toward the tip. That visit also included a cappuccino shake which just sounded too good to resist. The other times everything was covered.

They are still shopped on the East Coast that I know of, but like the above poster commented, we are unable to say which MSP.
I have one scheduled for today. I received a reminder email on Wednesday, so you should get an email a few days before your scheduled shop.
