Hooters shop cancelled?

I had a Hooters shop scheduled for tomorrow. I just tried to review the paperwork and it is no longer showing as scheduled. It was for a small reimbursement but I was still looking forward to it as part of my route. Of course I cannot reveal the MSC but am wondering if anyone else had their Hooters shops cancelled. It is not a Sassie company so no confirmation was necessary. I just emailed the help desk. Let me add that I was not deactivated as I have another shop scheduled for this MSC tomorrow and it is still listed.

hmmm are you sure the shop was confirmed and that you didn't just apply? It bugs the heck out of me when schedulers cancel my applications without any notification because it just disappears from my applications and I'm left wondering why. Other MSCs are better at notifying then others I'll get an email saying hey your application was cancelled because another shopper applied first. Personally I HATE applications in general. I think it would be much more efficient for everything to be self assign

This a a large MSC where all shops are self assigned. They also send you a confirmation email which I received the day I accepted the shop which was Jan 18th. I've heard nothing from them since and have checked my spam folder.
This happened to me with this company. Check your spam folder and junk email. The client may have cancelled the shop and sent you a letter of cancellation.. If it shows nothing in the "report current shops" and that is because they have removed it. tongue sticking out smiley
I received a response today that the shop was cancelled as the location is closed and they sent me an email on Jan 20th. That is very interesting since the location is definitely not closed and I did not receive an email. I did check my junk folder and trash folder.
Now they are saying the shop was cancelled due to a request from the client. Oh well, at least I found out before doing the shop.

That's the worst thing. Missing a cancellation letter and performing the shop...ugh..tongue sticking out smiley
