You don't get to choose which ones, but most are easy (guess which ones actually get assigned)
And here's a list of a thousand reasons it might get rejected

Hmmm, let's see. [$] for 90 minutes worth of work per call, or [$-1] for 5 minutes including write-up to call and ask about cashing a check. So difficult to choose! Not.

Now scheduling travel shops for the day after Christmas through mid-January.

I think everyone's Ten Foot Pole list is probably unique, but most of the ACL shops were on my list due to the low pay, large $$ risk relative to job fee, and having to wait up to a month or more for reimbursement for expenses. Why would I tie up $75 dollars for a month or more just to get paid $8? That is not an efficient use of capital, and it completely ignores the time value of money. Most phone shops are on my TFP list, because although the actual call is usually easy, the pre-call research necessary to do a successful call is way too time-consuming for the small fee that most phone shops pay.

I removed myself from that elite team last year.

I saw that and had the exact same thought.

I love this MSC. I get to travel and eat at restaurants I normally would not. I've earned countless rewards from higher end charges from the client. However, this opportunity stumps me as the amount of pre-work and post narrative did not even remotely coincide with the minimal shop fee.

I passed on it.

I noticed that my March choices for ACL were scaled back considerably after backing out of these shops. I don't think it's coincidental, but I'll wait for April to see. If so, unfortunately for the other schedulers, this *&^%'s actions may mean that I'm done doing the reimbursement-only ones in my area (which has few shoppers that take their offerings) without a bonus. Her puffery and decision to remove choices have consequences. Grr.

Not sure what you are talking about? Your post didn't mention anything about accepting any of these shops.
