Did one recently at a Regal theater and apparently either the seats are reserved prior to buying tickets or assigned at the boxoffice as I was asked to get up by a ticket holder who had my seat number on his stub and this also occurred with other seated patrons. Of course, I obliged.
And recliners in stadium sloped auditoriums are not comfortable if you are seated more than half way up as your body's natural inclination in these seats is to look slightly upward, otherwise if seated way up you end up goose necked when looking downward at the screen in these seats. Have not seen anybody fall asleep in these recliners yet or any couples getting much too close.
