There's a learning curve, because there is a long guideline document to go over before you do the audit. There are several parts to the audit. You can expect it to take you 6 to 8 hours in the store, so you can decide from that if it is worth the $95.
These are not hard to do if you get the updated guidelines from the company and the proper passcodes (for the pricing gun) before you enter the store. The good thing is, at the end, you just submit the form on the app and there is no other paperwork. However, you can expect to be contacted by an editor/proofreader with additional questions after the audit. Sometimes, this is due to a technical difficulty with the form on the company's end of things. Information that you put into the form while you were in the store does not show up on the company's website, so an editor emails you and requests the info that is missing -- even though you entered it in before you uploaded the form on the app. So, there are little frustrations both in the store while you are doing the audit and sometimes afterward.
After you have done two or three, though, things go more smoothly because you know what to expect.
