Peet's Coffee

I have my first Peet's Coffee shop tomorrow morning. I don't see what the required beverage is anywhere. Also, it says that there are two required questions. They give the two numbers in the survey. However, one of those questions in my survey is completely missing. I contacted the schedular, but no response. My shop is scheduled for tomorrow morning. What should I do?

Can you go in and view the questionnaire as though you're going to fill in the report? Do the questions and drink type show up there? I think that's where I found them on the shop I did last month.

I did that, it's not there. The guidelines only show what the receipt will look like. There are no other guidelines. So I read the report, and it's no where to be found.
No, the "Guidelines" link doesn't really take you the to the real guidelines. You've got to go to "View/Submit" or something like that. I think if you read the guidelines where the receipt is shown it has a couple sentences about where to find the full questionnaire.

I wanted to give an update.

I emailed another person at the MSC to let them know my issues. They got back to me and told me someone would fix the problem. I just got an email from a still different person who told me the problem was fixed. I logged into my account and the survey was fixed. I now see the drink to order and the required questions.

This is my first shop for this MSC and I was a bit frazzled with this situation. I am pleased that it was resolved before I had to do the shop.
I did one today. Look at the report form to find the drink (it's a havana cappuccino) in the light blue area. The two questions you need to ask are questions 21 and 22. It's a really easy shop and a great cup of coffee, if they know how to make it. The manager at the location I shopped today said it wasn't suposed to be available there until 3/20, but she made one for me anyway.
SusanShopz- That must have been strange. If the drink wasn't on the menu, was it weird asking for it?
You can say that you read it in an email or blog about new drinks from Peet's. There are some locations like the airport that they do not have some of the exotic flavors. I think in the instructions it said that you can order any drink if they do not offer the assigned one at the location. BTW, this MSC has the specifics for what question to ask or drink to order, inside the survey, not the guidelines.
The MSC has had me ask for several drinks that weren't yet on the menu. Generally the barista has no idea what I'm asking for and has to check with the manager. I usually say a friend had one and recommended it to me, so I came in to try one. In Northern California, there are lots of "secret items" on coffee shop and drive through menus, so I don't always expect to see the item on the menu or promos in the store or restaurant.
It wasn't on the menu. But the barista didn't act puzzled, she knew what it was. I told her a friend told me about it. I'm glad you gave me the heads up, SusanShopz. I might have stumbled when I walked in and saw that it wasn't there. The shop went well. Thankfully the MSC fixed my survey so that I could see the two questions. I look forward to more coffee shops in the future. I am a coffee lover!
