I did this one because it was close. I was able to get in under an hour and the report is really super easy.

The customer service projects for Ross are much, much simpler and much less time consuming.

Would those be the purchase and return ones? I know many people here don't like that type of shop, but the shop guidelines for the Ross one didn't sound that bad....

The one in my area a couple of months ago got bonused up to about $25, I think. I sure would have liked to have been faster on the draw! It does sound easier than the pricing audit. Haven't seen one since, though, but I haven't been checking the job board as often. I'll keep my eyes out for this one; thanks for the info!

or $25 bonus on top of the base fee, that's definitely a GREAT project to take on.

Both of their shops are fairly easy, in my opinion, and the reports are quick. I prefer the counting audit. I have done several of them. It takes me about 30-40 minutes. Luckily, the store I shop is very good and I very rarely have to report more than 6 items in a section. With the shoe ones, I just do the lower shelf levels, if there are enough shoes. That way I don't have to pull shoes all the way off the shelf to look for the sizes. I also don't count 125 items out and then going back through them to check the sizes. That takes more time and would be more noticeable, in my opinion. I just count as I check.
