I was only given one shop this month and it turned out that location had been closed a week or two before. With no orphans available I have not yet tried the new report. I suspect there are still people out there, including shoppers, who are not accepting these shops because of the e coli etc.
But I did get my Chipotle fix yesterday using the free burrito certificate they sent around in my area. I cannot decide if it was a good or a bad thing it was not a shop. On the one hand there were so many wrong things this location sorely needed to be shopped, on the other it would have caused an exhaustive report. Among other things the Guac was greyish brown, the tortilla person gave me rice and totally ignored the other items in that section, I had to make them go back and put food in my bowl. The expeditor must have been a trainee and had to be coached by the cashier for everything she did. There was no green salsa at all. I did not get the tortilla I asked for so I asked again at the cashier. Several minutes after the cashier yelled down the line for my tortilla he noticed I was still standing there. He yelled again "is anyone going to make this tortilla?" There must have been 10 crew on the line. After I sat down to eat and there was no line suddenly there were several outbursts so loud it killed my ears. The other diners all turned around to look too. The 10 or so crew members were all playing and yelling. laughing and screaming at the top of their voices behind the counter and having a grand old time. This went on for about 5 minutes. Phew. I was so glad I did not have to write all that up. But nope, i just did write it all up to tell you all about it.

I also did my second shop on the form tonight and instead of 1 hour as last time, I got it down to 40 minutes. I was timing myself. Thank you, MSC, as it used to take me like an hour and a half because I am so anal.

I do like the new form overall as there is less duplication, I just wish they would have warned us earlier this week when they changed it, again. Not a lot of changes, but they are noticeable.

Be very careful about this. You are not supposed to discuss the KQ anywhere on this forum. It should be discussed on their "secret" FB page. Shoppers like me have been scolded before for mistakenly mentioning the KQ on this forum.

Ahhhhh I didn't even think about that. It was foolish of me. I wouldn't want to give out confidential information to non-shoppers inadvertently. I edited my previous post. Thanks for catching that.

My training was eventful. one field manager made her hair bun at the food line, rubbed her nose with her hand and proceeded to taste the guacamole without washing her hands. During the presentation at the food line, both of the field managers were touching utensils and food pans without ever washing their hands. The 2 managers from the store didn't wash their hands before serving the food and the two employees in the back by the grill were snapping photos of us and laughing. This was during the mystery shopper training!

With the reduced amount of shops being done as well as the simplified report, I doubt if they will reactivate an old shopper. They don't have enough shops to go around for each active shopper in some areas now.

I still see orphans, so it really depends on where you live and the area you are willing to cover.
