Scheduler not getting paid

Hey there fellow schedulers.

To whom would you speak to or email in the business if a company does not want to pay you for your scheduling services?

Uget1, when I had an issue with a scheduler not accepting my shop due to his error, I called the company directly. The person I spoke with had me explain the situation and she paid me via PayPal while we were on the phone.

That is not what Uget11 is asking. Uget11 IS the scheduler and is not getting for work that they did as the scheduler.

Shopping Southeast Pennsylvania, Delaware above the canal, and South Jersey since 2008
Send the company a "Demand for Payment" email if it is beyond the terms in your ICA. If the company still fails to pay you, file complaints on the company. File a "Code of Ethics" complaint with the MSPA, and a BBB complaint. You could also contact the IMSC and they may be able to assist you.

If all else fails, you may have to file in court against the company.

Arguing with fools is like playing chess with a pigeon...
...No matter how good you are, the pigeon will s@^t on the board and strut around like it won anyway.

Not scheduling for ANY company.
Correct. I was saying to call the company and speak with someone directly.
