January 1. JK. Actually I don't remember when, but it has been several months. Since one of the factors going into the calculation is fuel and fuel has dropped dramatically, it wasn't a surprise.

I think I knew in Fall 2015. The price might change again if fuel prices keep increasing like they are.

I read that the rising gas price is because of the switch to summer blends? Maybe they'll go back down in the fall.
BUT, the price of my repairs keep going up and are through the roof! Imagine, $90 just for an alignment and that's the cheapest I could find it for.
Meh. I think I expensed $27,000 in mileage last year. I imagine there are VERY few (if any) shoppers here who had that much. A 6% decrease cost me the tax rate on $1600 in income. Also known as "not a whole lot." Not worried about it.

Sam's Club also offers lifetime balancing, alignment, and rotation.
The IRS adjusts the mileage fee every year. The adjustment is made to reflect changes in vehicle operating costs. Clearly, fuel costs less this year than it did a couple of years ago.
No fee, no shop.
