MODELLS: How is the new report and picture requirement???

They are slowing changing msc's with a reduced shop fee/ reimbursement of $15.00 as opposed to $18.00 with the old msc.... And three pics are now required. So how is the new report???

I still have some with the regular MSC. The fee was reduced $2 making the total only $16 now. I saw some posted with a new MSC, but not in my area...yet. I collect gift cards for my purchase and give as gifts or get something for myself when I've accumulated enough. If, in fact, they do change MSC, I hope they'll allow gift cards as the purchase.
