Be glad you aren't being asked to order a breakfast sandwich at 5PM. A few years back that was the requirement. My rough estimation from the decayed smell of the thing was that it had been made at 5AM and sat out in that little stainless steel pan without refrigeration until my 5PM purchase of it. I generally have a cast iron stomach and I normally love a good sausage and egg with cheese on a croissant, but that thing was not going into my digestive system.
