Favorite/Least Favorite Shopping Platforms

So, we have Sassie, Prophet, Clientsmart, and lots of custom designed ones. Which are your favorite and least favorite? I would have to say my favorite is Sassie (especially combined with Jobslinger +) and my least favorite would be any of the custom designed systems that always seem to give java/javascript errors.

I love Sassie and most dislike Shopmetrics, with Prophet following inches behind. :-)

Overall I prefer Prophet primarily for how the companies use them. But there are also some of the custom sites I find very intuitive and convenient.
I also like Sassie and Prophet, never used Clientmart (I don't think). As for custom ones, off the top of my head, I like ICCDS. I recently did a shop for GFK, and that was okay as well. Conversely, I also recently did my first shop for BES, and I didn't care for that form. However, I think it's also getting to know what you might expect on the next page...
I think I am the only person on the planet that loves reporting on the Shopmetric system.

I hate reporting on the Prophet system - we do not get along.

I personally prefer Excel checklists and writing in MS Word. Anything that does not require an Internet connection. smiling smiley

I think you might be right! Well, the form wasn't too bad (recently did my first shop for MCG) but I find the search for shops function difficult to navigate.
I like platforms that show you some shop status past its completion. I don't like cleintsmart, because as soon as you submit the shop, it disappears into oblivion and you never know what happened to it. Prophet is one step up, where it goes to your completed shops list, but is never again updated to show it has been checked, accepted and paid. Sassie allows for status updates, but it depends on the company. Some companies are better at marking shops completed, received and paid, and some are worse. I only shopped for one company using Clientsmart and they were showed all the different stages that my shops were in. I really like that.

From the proprietary sites, I really like Second-To-None and CoRI. Again, mainly because they show exactly where my shop stands.
The Clientsmart shops I do at least show me the scoring on the shop. But that is indeed about the only record that remains of it after it is submitted (though it does show 'submitted' until they score it).
I like the way Measure Consumer Perspectives uses Sassie and it shows all my shops past and present, what's been paid and what is pending and what is yet to be done all on the same page!
I intensely dislike Prophet and Shopmetrics. Intensely. Did I mention, *intensely*??? LOL.

What is it about ClientSmart you do not like? We love feedback that will allow us to create a better user experience for everyone.
Hi MegW!

The front page of ClientSmart is good, as is the job board. In putting in reports, navigation between pages (other than just going forward) is somewhat problematic, though not awful. I really dislike that once I upload the receipt that I can't see that it is in. I do appreciate on SASSIE that I can see the receipt and click it to make sure it went through legibly.
