Customer Service Experts Airport Shop

Customer Service Experts is recruiting for post-security shops at a New York City airport. I'm wondering if anyone who's done these before could tell me if I could take the MTA bus (M60 SBS) to the airport terminal instead of driving with the parking/tolls reimbursement. Scheduler has not replied yet.

Also, are the shops all in one terminal or in multiple terminals?

Also, does the person who escorts you into the airport follow you around and out of the airport?

Public transportation vs parking reimbursement? Don't know. I've done them but not in NY. For me, they did a good job of keeping them all in the same terminal. The escort is supposed to keep you in sight, but I have seen CSE disregard other rules / laws, so I wouldn't be surprised if they get you inside the wire and then split.

I have submitted my public transportation, and even a gas, receipt in place of driving/parking for many years without issue.

In terms of what CSE considers 'parking / toll reimbursement,' you should be fine using this allowance from public transportation. Just be sure you're able to grab a receipt (or as long as your ticket indicates a date and purchase price), you should be good. Just shoot an email to the scheduler to give them a heads up.

Can't address the last couple of questions though.

Shopping the Greater Denver Area, Colorado Springs and in-between in Colorado. 33 year old male and willing to travel!

CSE allows for BART tolls here in the Bay Area, so I think there's a good chance that they'd allow transit tolls in NY. Good luck!

I think OP's concern is that neither BART nor the MTA charges tolls for public transit, they each charge fares. Tolls are for private use of bridges/tunnels/roads.

touche', I should have said BART fares, not tolls. My point still stands that CSE reimburses Public Transit fares in my area, instead of parking and toll fees when you drive. I took BART to SFO on my last circuit and submitted my BART fare instead of tolls and parking: They've been approved for payment.

If this is in regards to the airport circuits, then yes. I've been able to get my public transportation fares reimbursed in place of "parking and tolls." Same goes for their other clients who happen to be located at an airport as well.

I have taken the airport shuttle from my home to the airport (for week long trips). If I had parked at the airport, I would not have a receipt until I got back, which is a week too late. I have also taken shuttles at my destination and have been reimbursed up to their limit. If you do 2 shops, and the shuttle costs $40, they will reimburse you for 2 x $15 = $30 (at least for the shops I have done). In May, I did shops for them at PHL (departing), SFO (departing), and IAD (arriving), all on the same trip.

No shuttle, just the plain MTA bus that I use my unlimited pass to board. $5.50 round-trip.

You'll be fine. I have submitted a commuter bus receipt without any problems. If you are worried though, check with your scheduler.
