Suggestions for Mystery Shop Reporting apps for Android phones?

Hello all. I would love to hear what apps you are using on your android phones to help with your MS reporting? I need to find something much more "stealthy" than how I currently take notes and report shops. Especially those that have reporting requirements for 10+ employees and 6+ departments. Thanks so much and Happy Shopping!

I use Google Keep to take notes. I use Google Drive to upload receipts and pics. Both apps sync to my my laptop by the time I get home.

Since you have an Android phone, they should be on there. What are you using now?

Mystery Shopwatch. It's a timer app, and you can add a time stamp with the volume button.
For notes I use Evernote. Automatically syncs on my laptop and desktop making reading the notes while reporting significantly easier.

I am using an excel spreadsheet that I set up with the shop questions. I use it on google drive and input my shop when I get home. I read on here about a "shop it" app and that is what prompted the question. Do you use the "shop it" app?
I use a notepad app called Fast Notepad. It's free, but I'm not in love with it. I'm going to check out some of the others that have been mentioned here. But it's free, so it's worth a try if you don't have a notepad app that you like.
I bought Shop it, and I like it. It seems like it's much better for timing stuff than for notes, but I've only had it for a couple of weeks and haven't played with the note function that much yet. It makes timings easier, but I don't do a ton of shops where multiple timings are needed. Before I got Shop it, I used the regular stopwatch feature on the Clock App on my Samsung. I find Shop it a bit easier and more stealthy for timings than the stopwatch was, but unless you have a shop with lots of timings, I'd consider Shop It as a nice-to-have, not a need-to-have.
