Franchise Compliance Carpet Cleaning shop

Has anyone done the one that you have to send the solution back to FC? My post office refused the package and threatened me with prosecution because I don't know what is in the solution and it is not labeled "properly." Just how many ways are there to say I will never shop this again?

I did this once and didn't have any problems. I just put it in the bag provided and mailed. Nobody asked me what was in it. And I didn't really think to tell them. I guess that would be a problem. Did the scheduler have any answers? They do these all over the country, wonder if this has been a problem before .. and what they did....
I lived in Hawai'i for years and after September 11th, weird things started happening with the mail. My husband's medications, on auto refill with the insurance company, were sometimes sent back. Bills started arriving way overdue. My guess is the "Department of Motherland Security" jobs program is getting a little too big for its' britches.

I would've told them I know what the solution is since I SAW them clean my carpets with it...and if it's not on the list of dangerous substances, to ship it! (although I am not daoubting your assertiveness!)

I love this shop and hope I get it again soon-my carpet is looking a little rough.

Regardless of what the liquid is, my post office will not accept it. I was aware of their liquid, dangerous, fragile, perishable inquiries from shops first. I was in sending a package to my son including a silly snowglobe he left here at Christmas and just deliberately 'forgot' about it at the window. The biggest danger of the thing was if it broke and soaked other stuff in the box.
