Errors trying to report to Marketforce

I got a server error about and hour ago on my mobile application and didn't think anything of it. I was at the lake with limited service on a good day and bad service on a stormy day. I made it home to start my reports and got the same error twice on the same shop I was trying to complete. The error said to report it so I did. Anyone else having problems?

I was in the middle of a report when it messed up. I too thought it was my mobile network, so I tried my work computer. Same thing. I reported the error too. Good to know that they are having problems and it wasn't something I did!
What is the protocol when this happens? Are the due dates/times extended?

I'm ready to throw something. Of course this happens on a day when I have multiple shops for them. Very frustrating.
Miserable! I did an early-morning shop and I was able to report with no problems at 10:00. Did two more at lunchtime and now there are problems!

I have 3 to report. Let's hope it is back up soon.
Thinking it was my computer, I tried three different browsers and got the same result with every one. According to the email I got in response to my report they're aware of the issue. It's the first time I've had an issue with Marketforce website.

It's back up now.

I got two screens done and it froze up again :-(

(UPDATE--I refreshed the screen (had to re-type one screen of information) but then it went through. Thank goodness!)
