IPSOS and micro shop

Anyone done these successfully with MOBI? It required Mobi but will not accept my info. No answer to emails. Anyone work out that on Mobi yet?

I have done several on Mobi and never had any difficulty. The app was somewhat buggy in the beginning with the "day of the week" input but I think that's been worked out.
Have used Mobi in the past no issues other ones but getting stuck on profile. Did you use last name, comma then first initial or email or something else?
I did one yesterday and had a problem with the timing question not accepting my answer and rounding to under 6 min. when the time was actually over. I put the discrepancy in the comment section when I submitted​ and haven't heard back from anyone. I'm waiting on answers about another shop I'm supposed to do for them and haven't received an expected email so maybe they're busy with some other issue.
wwin what did you use for profile name.... last name, first initial? Without giving me your name can you tell me how you get into it?

Oh, are you're signing into Mobi for time with this MSC? I remember following someone's instructions on an old very long discussion when these shops first switched back to the current MSC. I think if you look through some of the other threads about this MSC or client you'll find someone explained how more recently. I really don't remember, I did it once and now all my jobs for this MSC automatically show up on MOBI without me doing anything .

Yes this particular one requires mobi for all of the data. And they care not answering any emails. THanks!

FIXED IT FOR YOU
I ran into a problem with the receipt using mobi. I snapped a picture and figured it was attached to the report. A week later, the editor emailed and requested the receipt.

I had one scheduled to do I printed off the paper work just before I left the house to do the shop I came home and the job disappeared from my jobs to do list. I tried emailing to several people and no answer. I even took a picture of the display. You can't call them I even sent a email to the scheduling company No answer. I have some post offices coming up If they can't answer my email on the shop I did that disappeared why do those. In the past i had some jobs to do and they changed the date to do them that caused me some problems. MAYBE someone will get back to me someday.
I actually came home and just entered the information on my desktop. It took less time than using the mobil app.'
Interesting observation. I have gone to a post office that has had a ratty rug and water damage. Lo and behold, when I did a shop there last week, the carpet was replaced with laminate. Don't know if my reports made the difference it was changed.

This email went out on Thursday cancelling/putting on hold those shops:

Dear Shoppers,

We are temporarily placing this program on hold and will resume in late September/early October.

If you had any shop scheduled to be completed Saturday through August 31st, we have had to unassign you. Once the program resumes, we will assign the shops back to you, if you are still interested in completing them.

Months ago I did a shop, and two shops later, decided to read a few emails. Lo and behold, my shop had been postponed 2 minutes before I actually did it. The email went out at 11 AM. I sent an email explaining that many shoppers do not / can not read email once they leave home for the day, and in my case, I was standing in line when the shop got postponed. I got an email back saying that I was right, the job reappeared, and I entered it as usual.

I guess that I got lucky this time. I did a Micro shop on Tuesday, before the most recent postponement. I didn't get the Thursday email.

If the job would have been unassigned to me. I should have not seen it listed on my jobs to do list on Friday the 26th. On Friday the 26th it was posted that is how I was able to print off the forms .
MOBI doesn't have many shops in my area, but I use FieldAgent, Mobee, and Gigwalk with success.

Shopping & Auditing Western Colorado, North Denver, the Central Rockies ~~~ and all stops leading to Aspen & Vail.
This is the first time that you provided a date, so now I am in a position to tell you that what happened to you is quite similar to what happened to me. You left in the morning and in good faith did the assigned shop. Then it disappeared. Send the scheduler an email detailing the chronology. I assume that you did not get the email on Thursday (the day before you performed the shop)? If you did, then the time to raise and issue wold have been before you did the shop. Nevertheless, even if you saw the email, you still have something of a case to be made, just not as strong IMHO. It comes down to what time on Thursday they sent the email, how long it takes to unassign shops, what time you left on Friday, etc. But I think that you still have a case.

Ar least in the case of a Micro shop, the fee is low, and you ended up buying something that you can presumably use.

So you're saying we actually DO have the option of reporting on our desktop INSTEAD OF the Mobi App??? I have wanted to try these, but not sure I want to use the App, and hesitated because in the gray box when you check on the "I" for information, it mentions using the Mobi App, and says nothing about having the option to go home and use the desktop. So if we actually have the option of using our home computer, then I would probably try one of these.
I have found that it is much faster for me to enter these at home on my PC than using the Mobi App. Particularly when it comes to uploading the photo of the receipt. Sometimes I do a hybrid. USe Mobi app to record the time and place (it apparently accesses GPS) when I start the shop, and then finish at home. More recently, I have been doing it all at home. There is an odd question which seems to make sense for Mobi app, but at home I just say yes (or something like that) and all is good. All have been accepted. No questions asked either.

That true its a small amount. It would have been better it they would have unassigned the job on Thursday the 25th when they said they sent the email out. Than it would have not still be on my jobs to do list.

Thanks to all who said it's fine to report from home computer...next time one (or more) become available in my area, I think I'll apply for them! Appreciate the info!
I do a combo of both. I submit most of the shop using the app and save it, then when I get home I skim through for accuracy before submitting. I've found that my phone camera can capture the entire receipt better than my scanner at home...
I did a couple of these a week or so ago and they are my first shop with IPSOS. Any estimate on how long they take to review reports? Mine are still marked as "Pending Validation". I just figured since they were such short, straight-forward reports that they would get approved quickly.
Sarah, They often take quite awhile to change from Pending to "OK for Pay" I have had them take over a week or even longer in the past. I don't think it means there is anything unusual with your report, but rather just a delay with the editorial staff.

I did seven over a week ago and they still say "pending," which is why I came to the forum. I see I am not alone.

I love these shops because shop and report are finished in 10 minutes. I find the app to be super easy to use.
Is it just the Micro shops that have been cancelled?
I have about 6-8 of the regular shops and I have not seen them cancelled.
