I did one yesterday and had a problem with the timing question not accepting my answer and rounding to under 6 min. when the time was actually over. I put the discrepancy in the comment section when I submitted and haven't heard back from anyone. I'm waiting on answers about another shop I'm supposed to do for them and haven't received an expected email so maybe they're busy with some other issue.

I had one scheduled to do I printed off the paper work just before I left the house to do the shop I came home and the job disappeared from my jobs to do list. I tried emailing to several people and no answer. I even took a picture of the display. You can't call them I even sent a email to the scheduling company No answer. I have some post offices coming up If they can't answer my email on the shop I did that disappeared why do those. In the past i had some jobs to do and they changed the date to do them that caused me some problems. MAYBE someone will get back to me someday.
If the job would have been unassigned to me. I should have not seen it listed on my jobs to do list on Friday the 26th. On Friday the 26th it was posted that is how I was able to print off the forms .
I actually came home and just entered the information on my desktop. It took less time than using the mobil app.
So you're saying we actually DO have the option of reporting on our desktop INSTEAD OF the Mobi App??? I have wanted to try these, but not sure I want to use the App, and hesitated because in the gray box when you check on the "I" for information, it mentions using the Mobi App, and says nothing about having the option to go home and use the desktop. So if we actually have the option of using our home computer, then I would probably try one of these.
Skip the app.do it on pc instead.
