Automotive Insights

Has anyone had any luck with automotive insights? When I click on search outside my region and click on any state , all of them say I am not eligible for the shops...Any thoughts?

Just a guess, but I would say you are not eligible for any shops in those areaswinking smiley Actually that is also the default if nothing is available. AI doesn't post most of their assignments. They work with a core group of route shoppers who take on large routes usually taking weeks.

What Lisa said. There are a small number of "boutique" MSCs that use a small cadre of trained and skilled shoppers for all, or nearly all of their assignments. Those MSCs rarely look for additions to that group.

It doesn't mean they never post shops. It is just rare. I would set it up so you receive email notifications instead of wasting time looking.

Are these shops for car purchases, or more of the maintenance type (oil changes, etc.)? Thanks.

The last shops I saw for them were purchase and you had to commit to a group of 5. I think they are one of those companies who schedule using an outside scheduling company and the shops never show up on the board until after they are scheduled. If I recall they use summit.

Interesting. I was thinking of two to three years ago when they would post themselves. I had the impression they were posting more leftover or hard to fill shops and had probably gotten most of them completed by their regular route shoppers.
