Gig spot

I signed up and actually only just went for a look, but I wasn't impressed. I prefer to see the name of the company associated with a shop, for example. I just want to get rid it. I've email Joseph and if I don't hear back, I'll try contacting Alta360. It's actually one of their jobs that made me aware of how much I don't like Gigspot. It's a nice idea, but I don't mind and actually prefer the setups of the individual companies.

====Added note: Rebecca deleted my account within 30 minutes or so of my request. Thank for you for the prompt action! Also, I went and checked out three of the companies and logged in easily with my original passwords. I didn't have to do anything special. Maybe with some time and improvements, Gigspot will be more appealing. For now, I'm happy to stick with the status quo.

I so wish I'd checked this forum before signing up! Oh well, at least I found the answers I needed here. I'll be contacting Alta360 tomorrow to have my Gigspot account closed. I actually logged into the forums tonight to ask about Bill.com which wanted me to give them all the same account information for direct deposit that I'd already submitted for a job I wanted to apply (though I HAD applied for) through Gigspot.

I didn't sign up because I had to take all the shops as a package.
Exactly. "Hey, here are three decent shops and three stinkers that the schedulers can't get rid of. You need to take them all." I'm not seeing any benefit for the shopper. Why not simply go to the individual MSCs and apply -- with bonus requests?

Now scheduling travel shops for the day after Christmas through mid-January.
The "packages" I see are the fitness shops that require two visits. That said, I do not like the platform, either. I'm trying to use it on the PC, as someone mentioned that. Had login issues, too, requiring a reset of the exact same password I have been using. *sigh* I tried to register with a new to me MSC today, and it said I was already registered with Gigspot, so to to Gigspot to see their offerings. That was interesting. The times, they are a'changin', I guess.
Hello!!

I think there maybe some confusion about the packages and groupings of shops. There are very few shops that are packaged together listed on the job board. If shops are packaged together it will state that; you will see a banner across the shop posting about the package. The rest of the shops are grouped together, which I think might be interrupted as packages, but they are really individual shops. For example, if there are 10 shops available and they are all the same shop, but at different locations, they are grouped together. You can click on the group and then you would see the 10 individual shops. You would apply for the shops individually, not together as a package. We group them together to make it easier to browse the job board. You do not have to scroll through several of the same shops to get to a different shop.

Just some helpful information about passwords. Make sure if you have anything setup to auto fill passwords, the correct password is being filled in for GigSpot. You may have to manually type in the password and save it again.

As always, if anyone needs help or has questions, please do not hesitate to contact us help@gigspot.com

Thank you!!

Rebecca, I've sent you an email at that email address. It wouldn't have a problem so much if I could actually see jobs as they were posted and local to me. I have one company that has very lucrative gas stations, but only that one client in my area. They moved to Gigspot and I've only seen one shop from them, and it was not close enough to me to be viable. The worst part is the reporting looked promising.
