MF gas shops questionaire

Has anyone noticed that you can't print the details for a shop until you take the quiz? I keep getting disqualified, because I've been guessing.

The note on the fail page says not to contact them for resets, which I've already done once. I don't want to be obnoxious.

Help?

Assuming you are not talking about the screening questions, there should be a link to training materials or guidelines associated with any quizzes required before scheduling the shop. If you cannot find them you need to contact MF before trying to take the test.

There is a link to the gas station training materials and you need to read those training materials before taking the test. In fact, I kept the training guidelines open on my computer so I could toggle back and forth and double-check my answers. Once you have read the training document, the test is simple. If you don't see a link to the training guide, e-mail the Help Desk. I haven't communicated with her for a while and don't know if she is still there, but Simone is my favorite MF Shopper Advocate.
Thanks! I successfully completed 7 MF gas shops in the last 3 weeks, which is why I asked. I'll go check the links again.

These are the only links I see... I can't find one for reading descriptions before I click on the particular job

So you are not talking about taking the test for the gas shops. You already took and passed the test and have performed shops. You are talking about the Qualification Screening Questions that shoppers must take at the beginning of each month to qualify for the shops for that month? If so, seeing the instructions should not be necessary because the qualification questions do not relate to the specific instructions.

Actually, the instructions for the MF gas shops are the same each month. There are 2 kinds, the audit and the mystery shop. You should not need additional information to answer the screening questions. They are just general questions, like whether you have ever been employed in the gas station industry, whether you understand you will be required to take pictures, and whether you can upload those pictures and submit them electronically to MF, and you should be able to just answer the questions.
Thank you. I think the one that disqualified me is acknowledging that the assignment is a mystery shop AND a revealed audit. I answered no, because I thought it was a trick question. Live and learn!

I never do the audits. Too hard. It is not a trick question. If it asks you to acknowledge that the assignment is both a mystery shop AND a revealed audit, then it is the audit. The answer to the question is YES, because the audit is both. You start out like a mystery shop and it then turns into an audit.

Be glad you were disqualified. I'm sure some people like the audits. I personally like the mystery shops, but I think the audits are too much work for too little money.

LOL! I never do the mystery shops for the same reason you never do the audits. The audits are the only ones worth the time for the money.
I was disqualified the first time I did the qualifying questions, as well.

I do audits, and I'm pretty good.
