Doing taxes

I apologise ifthis is posted somewhere and I haven't found it. When you do your taxes with mystery shopping, I won't make $600 with one company but will over all the shops this year that I have done combined if that makes sense. So I won't get a 1099 but I know I will still have to report the income, can I do it all as one "business" or how does that work? Never had to report mystery shopping before so I'm not sure how to do it. thanks!!

It is all one business. So, you will use a Schedule C to report your income and expenses. You may even qualify to use a short form Schedule C. That will become apparent if you look at the short version's directions as to who qualifies for that.

If you have not yet done so, please visit the Tax info thread near the top of the New Mystery Shoppers area of the forum.
