Epsom comments like a blogger and not a mystery shopper, full of judgement statements, personal comments and superfluous information and sentimentalization. Furthermore, his writing is sophomoric and he is a sensationalist in his writing technique. lmao
Am I getting paid to read this?

Now scheduling travel shops for the day after Christmas through mid-January.
A nice, well rounded OPINION piece -- not mystery shopping!

But thanks for posting it, as it was very interesting.
Wow....is this what the general public really thinks mystery shopping is??
This guy has clearly never been on a real mystery shop.
I read the Epsom article and feel insulted that they would call themselves a mystery shopper.

Calling that guy a mystery shopper would be like me writing bad things in a blog about vaccines and then calling myself a doctor because I felt like it.
