So I'm guessing some of y'all do these as well. Well, today I tried to call the second number (via recording system) and it brought me to the Discount Tires. Which was Store #1 I shopped via recording. So frustrating, it happened on both of the shops I have scheduled for today!

Then... of course I went to see if I maybe dialed the second store 1st and retried the first code. But wouldn't you know what a ridiculous idea that was because now I've just re-recorded over my shop altogether! I didn't even consider just looking at the survey. Now I've mucked EVERYTHING up! Grrrrrr

I couldn't figure it out as I had the exact same outcome and I gave up.

I done those shops before. You get three attempts. If you screwed up the recording and used up your three attempts, contact your scheduler and explained what happened. They might reset the phone recording system for you.

I did one of these but it was not recorded. I really did not know anything about tires though.

These phone tire shops helped prepared my daughter when she needed to buy some tires. I relayed the tire information to my daughter to prepare her for what she needed to know, what to ask for and say. I can't be with my adult kids 24/7 since they need to learn things on their own. She never purchased tires before since I had done so for her. Plus, because she is a female, I didn't want her to be taken advantage of since some auto shops do so.
