Sassieshop form

Has anyone encountered and solved this problem?
On my PC (Windows 7), when the SASSIESHOP form loads it doesn’t completely populate. Sometimes only a portion of the form loads, very often it doesn’t display the Save and Submit buttons. This occurs with every MSP using the SASSIE form. It occurs on all my browsers. Any ideas?

Are you viewing the shop form prior to the assigned date? I know some of the MSCs prevent you from entering data into the form until the day the shop is assigned, so the "Save" and "Submit" buttons aren't available. I'm not sure why you'd be having problems with the rest of the form though.

With a lot of quirky problems you will find it is a mismatch between browser and form. I keep IE, Edge, Firefox, Chrome and Opera on my computer so if one browser won't open a form I have other options available to try. Overall I find forms open and report best in Firefox but there are always exceptions.

I have a PC windows 7 also, I use Internet Explorer and have Norton antirust. I have never had a problem with Sassie.

I have Windows 7 and use Firefox with no problem on SASSIE.
