Sassie Platform Question - Can I view my finalized shop input forms?

Hello,

I am a new shopper and still getting acquainted. Many of the shops I perform are for MSCs on the Sassie platform. Is there a way to view my completed shop input forms? Sometimes I want to go back and check what I input on the form and there doesn't seem to be a way to do that? I am able to view finalized shops and I can see the reviewer comments, but not the raw input I provided.

Trend Source makes it easy to view your shop inputs. Just wondering if I am missing something obvious.

Thank you!

When it is showing complete you can still view it. After its been edited and shows as received, its been sent to the client and you can't view it anymore. You could capture a screenshot of your report after you finish it and save it to your computer.
Also, on the Sassie shops, if you want to be sure you've answered everything correctly, just "SAVE" the report BEFORE submitting. It will close out, then you can re-open in and re-read everything you have inputted before finally submitting it. As with all Sassie shops, keep in mind that 30 minute clock, and "Save" as needed if you get close to the 30 minutes before finishing. You can go out and come back in again as needed. That's a handy feature, and it does let you get back in there and edit any answers before you finally "Submit". But as JAS mentioned, once you send it in as submitted, you can only view it without making any changes.
Some Sassie reports include the ability to create a PDF file after you submit the report. Others do not. It is not possible to tell in advance (other than experience) which will and which won't. My practice is to create a PDF file before I submit it it (or immediately after if the create PDF option does not appear) using CutePDF (which has been recommended before) or the built-in PDF generator if you are using Windows 10.

My narratives always go into a Word document and are then copied into the client online forms, including SASSIE. No matter what happens, I at least have a copy of the important stuff that took the most time to enter.

Thanks for that info, I had no idea! I always rely on saving the PDF for my records after I'm done with Sassie reports. I'll save before I submit like I do on all other platforms now just to be safe.
