I'm going to get a black eye with Presto Instashops. sad smiley

So I accept a Presto Insta-shop that was self-assign. I was supposed to go in, take photos of a product, get pricing, and document the competing products. Easy $15, and would have been without one glaring exception.

One required question on the form has checkboxes. I can't check any of the boxes. Since it is required, I can't submit my report! Several of the other questions also have checkboxes, and some were even radio. All of these work fine.

I've tried using the iPhone app, Safari on the iPhone, the same on the iPad, tried to use a Windows 10 laptop with Chrome. All of that was while I was on the road. Now that I am home I have tried it in various browsers on my computer. None of them are able to check the checkbox for this one question.

I even tried using keyboard shortcuts (tab to the question, space bar to "check" the box). Still a no go.

I emailed the scheduler earlier today but I haven't heard anything back. Anyone else have this issue? This is the first time I've tried to do one of the blue icon jobs in the Presto app.

Well, maybe to avoid the black mark on any rating they may have I think I am going to go ahead and cancel the shop following [shopper-support.prestomobilesurveys.com]

Still wonder if this is a common occurence. Surely others have been able to do do this shop at other locatoins.
bmarvin: Very, very sorry for your troubles on this shop. This particular survey had an issue (now resolved) that made it very hard to submit under certain conditions (which must have been extremely frustrating). I'll send you a direct message so we can get your shop submitted resolved & you can get your $15 payment this week.

I had the same problem...twice. Emailed the scheduler and they confirmed there was an issue. The shop expired . The shop is still there (reserved) and I can choose others so it doesn't seem to have affected me.
I ran into this problem yesterday (on a totally unrelated site). The radio buttons worked just fine, but the checkboxes didn't work at all. I wonder if that's a flaw with the iPhone OS.

Shouldn't be and issue with iOS, I've never run into this issue before. And other checkboxes have worked. And in this case Presto has admitted the form was bugged.

And speaking of Presto Instashop...big kudos to them. Yes, the form being bugged was their fault, but they initially were going to have you fill it out again with your saved files/notes, or accept half pay. Now they have decided to pay full price to all those that tried to complete the shop. I suppose it is easy to tell if partial forms were uploaded. Either way, glad they paid in full!!

I'm going to ask what may sound like a very elementary question, but where can I find information on how this Presto system works and what I need to do to set it up? I have a Galaxy S5, but am "technologically challenged." I welcome your responses, but PLEASE keep them basic. Thank you!
