Mintel Bank Studies

Did anyone else jump on these Small Business studies? I did two scenarios, three banks, and nine locations.

They started another study. I might do it today. It looks to be two surveys this time.

Thanks for the heads-up. I didn't see anything in my area labeled "Small Business," but they had 6 surveys: 4 for banking and 2 for cell phone providers.

Chris, these aren't on the Job Board. You had to take a qualifying survey a few months ago. The scheduler sent out a link with all of the jobs. They were self assign, first come, first go.

Oh, I didn't get the email. I submitted one survey on their website today. I haven't done any shops for them, but their reviews on the forum seem to be positive, so I hope I hear back!

Chris, when you get that email, jump on it! Sign up for as many as you can for your area because they disappear fast.

I only got one for this round. I did it this morning. No uploads or narratives. It was very easy.

I bought a membership with their big client. The first 2.5 shops covered the purchase, and as another forum member reminded me, I can claim the cost of the membership as an expense on my taxes.

The shops are very easy and quick--they don't want you wasting the agent's time. There is a 6 month rotation, so I'm sitting out now. In my area, the job board only shows shops for that one client. "Travel" bonuses are often added.

QAMS is easy to work with. They pay by check about 2 weeks after the shop. If there are some in your area, go for it!
