Broken Guidelines and no response on alcohol audits

My guidelines for an alcohol audit have a broken link that goes no where. I reached out via phone but am awaiting a call back. Nothing thus far. I tried email too and the same quietness. Would anyone happen to have a copy of the guidelines or could give me an overview? I need to know about how I'm supposed to tell the person I don't have my ID... do I just flat out say no, pretend to look for it, or am I supposed to press them to make the sale? The shop is due in a few hours and I couldn't reschedule. Tried again to call this evening but still haven't heard back yet.

I read your post several times. I am not sure how anyone can assist you without knowing either the MSC or the client.

I still have not heard back. It is for a Rite Aid compliance shop. I called and spoke with someone who said they would make a note for me and tell the scheduler to call. Nothing yet.

I can't speak for the individual assignment, as I've never done one at Rite Aid. However, I've done alcohol audits in a few places and none of the guidelines have ever to press the sale, just to say you don't have your ID on you. I then pause or act that I was surprised I got carded and see if they override the age verification. Do not mention you don't have your ID unless they ask for it.
Update on these-- the guidelines are just the details on the board. Hmmm. I finally heard back from a scheduler and did three of these without issues. I simply pretended to look in my wallet and replied like I was shocked I had left my ID elsewhere. "Shoot, I don't think I put my ID back in my purse" ... They were fast, thankfully!
