Chipotle Shops

I'm doing a shop on Sunday where my training was held. I'm sure I will recognize some of the employees, but will they recognize me as a shopper? My training was in December.

I'm getting a bowl. Sorry rofl!

No .... but I thought at the time management would want to see with my eyes from my vantage point.....and was told no..... it was food safety.... gave up..... on the part of town where I am at now there are none so I let it go.....

Yes, they did. They also changed the purchase requirements.

I'm still buying a full sized bowl, but I'm getting the kids chips.

I'm doing a shop tomorrow. I'm getting a carnitas bowl, fully loaded, and kids chips with guac.

I included the chip size ordering issue in my report where it asked about correct prices. They had also rung up my salad as a bowl so I mentioned that too. The salad and bowl are the same price but since there was no expediter and little employee communication no one was telling the cashier what the orders were and it seemed like she was just trying to guess or ask the customer what they ordered. Someone ahead of me in line asked for double meat and I doubt they were charged accordingly. It was definitely an area for potential lost revenue. My report was released to the editor and I got feedback so I am assuming that means it was accepted. Being my first report with them I am not sure exactly how their process works.

Those are the kind of restaurants that the corporation needs to know about. One awful outlet ruins the reputation of all. Your report is needed badly. It is all in the details.
Interesting. I have not had the same experience. A cashier who doesn't know prices should provide a training/teaching moment for the restaurant. (Isn't there a spot on the questionnaire about whether the charges were correct? That's where I would put it.)

For two of my shops this month, I ordered two tacos. The cashiers charged me for three until I brought it up to them. In retrospect, that should have gone into the communication section of the report.

How lenient are the schedulers with the due date of the 25th? My scheduler is Deanna, and the 26 would work out better for me to do the shop.

In the past it's not been a problem for me . Email her and ask. In the military we would say "unless otherwise directed" or UNODIR.

Deanna is my scheduler as well. I agree with the others. Request a deadline change. You are asking well ahead of the due date so that's in your favor.

Thanks Forum members: I just checked my direct deposit. I was paid for some but not all of my approved January shops. I have written my scheduler. This is a first for me.

This happened to me once about a year ago. I e-mailed the Accounting guy and my scheduler, Michelle. Michelle immediately responded (does she work 24/7?) and forwarded my e-mail to the Accounting guy with a note, cc'ing me. I was paid the same day. I'm betting you'll get paid immediately.

I was paid on Friday after I contacted Deanna, who put me in touch with payroll.

The MSC got a new payroll system and some new shoppers were not uploaded.

I appreciate the fact that they took care of this right away!
