A friendly reminder...Remember to save your work!

I've been doing this long enough to know better, but tonight while I was entering a shop for Beyond Hello, their system all of a sudden crashed and made me re-write the entire report. The worst was that this happened on the very last question of the report, where you have to write the narrative. I hadn't saved my report, and the "Please save your work" box hadn't popped up to remind me. So, I had to re-do the entire report, which cost me an extra 10 minutes. Ugh!

Earlier this month I tried a route that should've made me some money. Sadly, because of cruddy WIFI connections and my phone couldn't maintain a decent hot spot at the hotel. The route cost me money.

I finally decided to cut and paste the narratives in Word. It was the only thing that saved the shop.

My bread and butter shops were submitted a solid 48 hours late, because the hotel I chose was party central that night., I thought I would at least take a nap until 3 am. The noise didn't stop until 2 am, nap did not happen.

I had my dog with me. He woke me up, because of the stuff happening outside.

If you're trying to save money, do not stay at the Motel 6 on S. Padre Island Dr.

Just an hour ago I lost my work. My internet connection is hinky and I forgot to save my narratives before hitting "Submit." I had to re-enter about 20% of the report.
My favorite schedulers always tell me to write everything in Word.

One day, I'll remember to listen to my schedulers.

I just finished an unnecessarily long Service Check report. Because they want only one space after a period, I luckily was writing it in Word so I could replace every '. ' with '. ' when the report blinked out. Lost no narrative (thank heavens).
How are you all so lucky? I only lose my work when I've got at least 45 minutes' worth to lose....

Hard work builds character and homework is good for your soul.
Oh yeah, I like it when you're working up a speed to complete the reports before that 30 minutes reminder to save your report, you happened to press that one darn key by mistake, oops, screen goes blank, the report gets rebooted by mistake, then you have to start all over again.
I save every narrative block throughout my reports. I learned the hard way also.
Is it learned or learnt? Always confused me.
