EPMS Company

To those who care or have followed my posts about this company I misspelled it as EMPS. I am not sure I can change that in it's title or posts.

I just had my first shop cancelled by them and I'm pretty peeved about it. I've been working with them since last fall and have already completed over 30 shops. This particular shot has been frustrating since day one. The target was unreachable for 3 days straight. Then when I finally reached the target they placed me on hold and never came back for the line. After calling back within 5 minutes the concierge home answer the phone inform me that the agent went home because they weren't feeling well. It took me another three days to get back in contact with agent finally we made an appointment for two days after the initial phone conversation. The was scheduled for early in the afternoon. I arrive on time only to be told that the agent got sick and went home. Another agent offered to assist me i kindly rejected the assistance but the other agent was persistent. I agree to allow the new agent to help me and was told my shop was not valid because it was not the correct Target. I spent over an hour and 15 minutes at this location in addition to the 30 minutes it took me to commute.

Click on edit for your posts. I know there is a way to do it for titles too as others have done it.
