Help! Over critiqued for giving stores/employees perfect review

I have found that if I complete a shop and I submit a positive, nothing was wrong report, I will get a call or email from the editor questioning me about how could they have been perfect? Quest for Best seems to be bad for this. Has anyone had similar experiences? Should I just report an error so it will pass?

I would stick to the truth and report the facts exactly as they are. Sometimes people really do perform well, do what they are supposed to do and deliver good customer service.

Your integrity is all that you have to offer, besides report writing and observation skills. Stick to what actually happened and move on.

Poor customer service? Don't get mad; get video.
I love it when I have a practically perfect shop. I think my favorite is Ace Hardware -- only once did I run into one that didn't live up to "the friendly hardware place". I ALWAYS have a chance to enthuse over the associate's depth of knowledge, patience with the sometimes incredibly stupid scenarios ("my better half said I can repaint the kitchen any color I want, as long as it's green. Can you help me pick a green that won't make me feel like my kitchen isn't a Christmas decoration?"...), how they ask appropriate questions, and so on. I frequently report that the shop couldn't be improved on, but I also always back it up with facts. I have never had one kicked back or questioned. I'm afraid my shops for Ace seem to be populated with remarks like "Even though I was spending less than $3, every member of the staff treated me like I was a valued customer".

I would say never change the truth of what happened good or bad. I have never had a return on a perfect shop. Did you back it up?
I've turned in many good reports with nothing wrong, and never been questioned about it. Don't worry if you told everything and nothing was wrong, I'd think they'd like it, most do.
edted to add an h to above, don't want the Editor in large on the forum telling me I made a mistake....G__ forbid....smiling smiley

Which MSC did this happen with? I have yet to be questioned about a perfect report and have submitted many of them.
