Staples revealed audits...

The client that does these sends us into the store with an LOA for freaking Office Max.. Not only that, they're expired LOA's. We may as well wear a clown suit in too. i'd have no problem doing these if they took 2 minutes to give us a legit LOA. anyone else done any?

Is the MSC Planters? Because they are nuts. I agree, expecting you to do a revealed audit with an expired LOA for the wrong company is just insane.

No one bothers to ask for the letters anyway. I go in, do my thing and no one cares. Occasionally an employee might ask but they are familiar with the process. They smile and leave me to take my picts.

I've done revealed shops without an LOA. (I think once because I actually forgot to print it...!) It was a bit uncomfortable, though I wasn't questioned. These days, I'd prefer to have all my ducks in a row if I'm asked for documentation.
