Which companies offer casino and hotel shops?

Can anyone give me the websites or names of the companies that schedule casino and hotel shops.

Sometimes Bestmark has them. I looked over the requirements/report form and it was very detailed and long.
Bare and Coyle do hotel shops.

mzzwanna, both of those MSCs will want someone with experience or who has done lots of other shops for them already. They expect detail and well-written reports. I think Bare requires you to take a test.
There are some offered in my area through Strategic Reflections and HS Brands/Service Sleuth
Just submitted a casino shop for Best Mark this morning.... yes, VERY detailed & lots of time involved.

I do multiple Casino shops with one of those MSCs. Some of them are back-to-back (from one casino to another). Typically, there are over 300 questions, and well-detailed narratives from each interaction of/with an employee. The number of interactions can range from 7 - 13 different employees.

I write fairly well, and my reports are detailed. I would say each interaction I write for these reports is anywhere from 150-300 word small essays. Okay - scratch that... I just completed a shop on the 31st. Here is a word count for 2 interactions I had with 2 different casino employees (out of 11 interactions) - and the tally. Note that the first interaction was about a 2-3 minute conversation, and the second interaction was about 5 minutes, including waiting in a line:

Statistics: 4 paragraphs
*Words: 312
*Character Count - no spaces: 1254
*Character Count - w/spaces: 1561

Statistics: 5 paragraphs
*Words: 504
*Character Count - no spaces: 2132
*Character Count - w/spaces: 2631

If a person does not like narratives, then these shops should be avoided.

Proud To Be A Soldier's Mom
Coyle and TrueGuest -which used to be Five Diamond Hospitality. Great hotel shops but be prepared to work a lot on a large report.
The Coyle shops are more cumbersome than the TrueGuest as far as how many items you need to complete and how complicated the questions are.
However it can be a nice treat! And fee paid is usually $100. Plus most meals, perhaps a spa treatment and a gorgeous hotel experience.

How risky are hotel shops?

For example, if you have to pay $100+ to book a room and accidentally mess up a report (maybe you forget to do something) and the mystery shopping company refuses to pay, then are you out the cost of the hotel OR merely out the profit/fee?

If you're out both the profit and reimbursement, then that would be a terrible shop loss.

Also, how fast would they reimburse your hotel costs? Lets say you spent $200. Would you be reimbursed months later, which can be the case with some shops? Or, do they can into consideration how much you're putting up and reimburse you sooner (even if the fee payment is given later)?

I'm just trying to gauge how worth it these types of shops are and the risks involved. Thanks so much everyone!

You would be on the hook for the hotel cost if the report is not accepted. That is the reason most MSCs require you to work your way up to these shops. They want to see you succeed with their easier reports before allowing you to take on a hotel. This protects both them and you. And I do not know of any MSC that reimburses hotel charges any faster than their regular stated terms.
I was told there would be some Casino shops posted on the iSecretShop.com platform by the end of the month. They are located in Nevada {which QSI will schedule} and the rest will be in Colorado area {which the main company schedules}.
