I would also add, based on my experience, less than ten percent of my hotel stays are reimbursement, and I prefer it that way.
I'd prefer not to float thousands of dollars for a hotel stay, waiting for reimbursement which could take up to 90 days, preferring instead for the charges to be simply reversed, hopefully a few days after the report/survey is accepted.
Sure, I may miss out on points, but I also don't have thousands of dollars at play.
