Apartment recorded phone call shops

I have done 3 or 4 of these yet this is the first one that says to listen to the recording of the call on the recorded line to the phone part of the shop can be completed correctly. There is probably an obvious answer to how this is done. It escapes me. Thank you.

You will make the call using the provided phone number, access code and pin. You will be in the enter report mode while you are doing it. The codes are listed, and the handsome male sounding voice will walk you through it. winking smiley Then you will need to save your report, and close and go back into the shop and the recording will be there for you to listen to. I sometimes back the recording up if I miss something and repeat to remember. Any audio player on your computer should work. I have an old system and it works good.
