It was a Valentine's Day based title. Some of the more clever schedulers will incorporate the holidays into their emails.

Another scheduler is starting to do the trend and I personally don't like it. The subject needs to tell me the type of shop it is at minimum. Location and fee is even better. But to click on an email just to find it's a shop I am not interested in stinks. There's no love there.
