What MSC shops certain places?

I have been MSing for years and gotten very good scores...but I have always just taken a shop from the list posted. How do you find which MSC shops a certain store?

Register for each company and check their individual job boards. You can also try the aggregate boards like Jobslinger, ISecretShop and MSJobBoard.com to target companies with assignments in your area right now. The problem with some of the boards is they can be out of date. It will still give you a good idea of what different companies are offering.

Thanx, Lisa. I am registered with MANY MSCs...but apparently they don't have the place I'm looking for. I thought there was a way to find out that info. I will have to register with even more of them.

We all sign ICAs that bar us from naming who shops what client. It is also against on the the very few rules set by the owner of the forum.

@nc, do you even know that the particular company or location is mystery shopped? Not every business or every franchise is mystery shopped.

Sybil2.... just curious do you know what the other companies that don't get shopped do? How do they get the information that mystery shopping gives...

Not every company needs or wants MS type feedback.

Surveys on the bottom of the receipts, survey hotlines, sweepstakes entries with input required, and so forth. Facebook feedback, yada yada. They get that info in many many ways. Email complaints and rave reviews and such. The mystery shopping gives a glimpse of one persons experience on one day, so they like to collect data in other ways if they can. The survey gift cards at the bottom of receipts are the biggest one I've noticed.

When you're a mystery shopper, you're self-employed. As self-employed, you have to treat yourself a business owner. As a business owner, you are your own business development. As part of your business development plan, you have to search for work through networking, signing up for companies you know of, etc.

Shopping the Greater Denver Area, Colorado Springs and in-between in Colorado. 33 year old male and willing to travel!
