Sassie, email, or scheduler?

This week I applied for two shops that I got. In both cases, the schedulers use Sassie and always send one of those "Accepted" emails. In both cases, I was not notified of the shop. One of them I was surprised I did not get, as I do this job for the company every round, and they are very day and time specific. This was a Kern scheduler for Sutter. I went on to their site to see if it had been scheduled, and found myself schheduled for it. The second one I applied for yesterday, then got a notice today that had a couple of HI locations. I noticed that the location I applied for was not in that list, and since this had just happened with the other Sassie notice, I decided to log in, and sure enough, I had gotten assigned the job. And I am not sure what to make of it, since this is, as far as I know, only these two companies...at least I hope so. I checked on the website of my provider in the spam folder to see if these emails were accidentally caught, but they weren't there, either. But now I am getting worried that I might have missed shops I was assigned but did not know of....

Is this scheduler laziness? System malfunction? Something going wrong with my email? Anyone else having this happen?

Same scheduler? If so, I'd go with laziness. If not, a temporary glitch with their server is another possibility, since it sounds like the same time frame.
Different schedulers, different companies, and ones that always send the "accepted" notices.

I have no outstanding SASSIE requests so could not say if it was a SASSIE issue, but I would bring it to the attention of both schedulers. If it IS a SASSIE issue they could have some real disasters out there of folks who didn't accidentally discover they had shops. But you do also need to be concerned about your email because if indeed the problem is not SASSIE then you may also be missing future followup from editors and such.
I just checked KSS -- had an application out for a shop, which would have had to take place on Friday. I see no shop scheduled, and the application is no longer pending. This particular scheduler is generally very slow in notifying applicants that the shop's been assigned, but he does send out an email. I never received one and it would have come this week. As such, I'm thinking it definitely could be something with Sassie.
I found this on another forum. Apparently, it's door #1 that is the answer to this question...

BEGIN QUOTED EMAIL:
I applied for a shop via SASSIE the morning of July 14, for a (TYPE OF SHOP) to be done between (SPECIFIC HOURS).

I couldn't self-assign. SASSIE said I would receive an Acceptance email if I was assigned. I never received an Acceptance email.

This morning, I get an email from the scheduler saying my shop was due last night. I went to the site, and there was a shop assigned to me - with a score of 1!!!

I wrote the scheduler, and she said, "Something happened across all of SASSIE yesterday...They were blacklisted and emails did not go out. We are adjusting the shop logs and putting them back on your board to do."

I came here expecting to find lots of posts about problems with SASSIE, but there are none. So, did anyone else have problems with SASSIE yesterday? If so, what happened? How did your scheduler resolve the problem?

END QUOTED EMAIL
